5 Creative Ways to Use Big Head Cutouts at Your Next Event
One of the fun things about making big head cutouts is seeing what people do with them once they arrive. They may start with a photo, but at an event they quickly become props, decorations, signs, and part of the entertainment.
1. Create a photo station
Put several cutouts near a backdrop or photo area and let guests take it from there. People rarely need instructions when there is a giant face sitting nearby.
2. Surprise the guest of honor
Have friends and family hold the cutouts when the person walks into the room. This works especially well for birthdays, retirements, graduations, and welcome-home celebrations.
3. Take them to the game
Use them in the stands for senior night, school sports, tournaments, or any game where you want your favorite player to know exactly where their cheering section is.
4. Use them throughout the party
Instead of keeping every cutout in one place, spread them around the event. Put one near the food, another near the gifts, and a few in the photo area. It turns the guest of honor into part of the decor.
5. Keep them for the memories
After the event, do not be surprised if someone wants to keep the cutout. They can end up in bedrooms, offices, dorm rooms, team spaces, or tucked away with other keepsakes from the celebration.
That is what I enjoy about custom printing. A simple photograph can become something that makes people laugh and helps create a memory. Big head cutouts might be ridiculous in the best possible way, and that is exactly why they work.
